the studio
The private tattoo studio is a newly renovated shipping container located in the lush hills of Kin Kin, QLD. It is fully licensed and council approved. The space has been lovingly restored after spending its past life as a commercial kitchen, producing jaboticaba jam from the property harvest. Nestled amongst picturesque tropical plants and fruit trees, Nerida has designed the studio to be a private and calming space, where she can provide a relaxing and positive tattoo experience. It is important to her that all people feel welcome, particularly those who are vulnerable, or those who have been marginalised in tattooing and in their everyday lives.
Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and water and thank them for protecting the ecosystems since time immemorial. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
